EJM Construction Management Inc. is a multi-discipline construction company that has completed over $90 000 000.00 of construction projects in the Lower Mainland over the past twelve years. Our experience in General Contracting, Construction Management and Project Management has been successfully applied to a vast array of Commercial, Institutional and Residential projects ranging from new construction to upgrades and heritage restorations.

TEAM BASED APPROACH

We truly believe that the strength of our organization is in our people. We maintain an in-house staff of over 20 individuals, including an Accountant, Office Administrator, Project Managers, Estimators, Construction Managers, Superintendents, Carpenters, Labourers and a Chief Safety Officer. Fostering a team based approach in the execution of our projects is a fundamental principle in the way that we do business. Establishing and maintaining quality relationships amongst all project stakeholders has led to a high degree of success throughout our history, and these ideals will continue to make us successful well into the future.
