As Elim Village's Construction Manager, Edward Mocnik coordinates and oversees the construction of our buildings. Since 1999 and currently in our fourth phase of development he has overseen the completion of two Independent Living apartment buildings, 36 Independent Living Duplex units, a 109 suite Supportive and Assisted Living building, and the present construction of two more Independent Living apartment buildings along with a large Amenity/Recreation facility.

Ed is a graduate of Douglas College's Construction Management Program, completed training in Construction Management and Business Administration at BCIT and Kwantlen University College, and has been active in the British Columbia Construction Industry for almost 20 years. With past construction projects including numerous Commercial, Residential, Office, Warehouse, Institutional and Retail units and spaces, in 2005 Ed was recognized in Business in Vancouver Magazine's TOP FORTY UNDER 40 which honours B.C.'s top young business talent.
